OVERTAKE Cash boost math
10% group/Premium, 50% VIP, and what a 100k code is actually worth.
OVERTAKE publishes two cash rates on the Roblox page: 10% for group members and Premium users, and 50% for the VIP gamepass. This page is the arithmetic. It does not guess secret 2× weekends. It does not treat Custom Color (30 Robux) or Radio (50 Robux) as boosts. It does show what a 100,000 cash code and an hourly farm become under each rate so you can decide VIP versus a pack with numbers instead of a tag.
Live since 28 February 2025, PC and Console, 15-player servers. Mobile is not supported yet, so you cannot AFK a phone client for these hours. Redeem codes with how to redeem after the rate you want is active. Boosts do not restamp a grant you already collected.
The rates, in plain language
Base (1.00×). No group, no Premium, no VIP. A 100k code is 100k. A 40k hour is 40k.
Group / Premium (1.10×). One 10% bucket unless your HUD clearly shows two 10% lines. This wiki will not promise 20% for owning both. Join EMZ Games from official links and confirm the popup.
VIP (1.50×). Fifty percent more cash, plus a tag and a 25,000 grant on purchase. The grant is one-time; the 1.50× is the product.
Combined. If 10% and 50% add, you are at 1.60×. If they multiply, you are at 1.65×. Check the next cash popup after you buy VIP. Use that printed number. The tables below show both so you are not surprised.
Worked example A — a 100,000 cash code
Like-milestone codes such as the 20K_LIKES family have paid 100,000 cash. Treat 100k as the unboosted face value.
| Rate | Factor | Cash from a 100k code |
|---|---|---|
| Base | 1.00 | 100,000 |
| Group/Premium 10% | 1.10 | 110,000 |
| VIP 50% | 1.50 | 150,000 |
| 10% + 50% additive | 1.60 | 160,000 |
| 10% × 50% multiplicative | 1.65 | 165,000 |
If you redeem before VIP, you keep the 100k (or 110k) and you cannot collect the missing slice later. If you are hours from buying VIP anyway, redeem now and play. If VIP is already in the cart, buy it first, rejoin, then redeem.
Pack cash is listed separately: Muscle Pack 25,000, JDM Pack 10,000, VIP grant 25,000. This wiki does not assume those grants are boosted a second time. Treat them as face value unless the popup says otherwise.
Worked example B — hourly farming
OVERTAKE does not publish an official cash-per-hour. Your number depends on stalls, traffic, and whether you sit in the garage. Use 40,000 / hour as a worked example, not a promise. Scale linearly: if you really print 20k, halve every cell; if you print 80k, double it.
| Rate | Factor | Example hour | 10 example hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base | 1.00 | 40,000 | 400,000 |
| 10% | 1.10 | 44,000 | 440,000 |
| VIP 50% | 1.50 | 60,000 | 600,000 |
| Additive 60% | 1.60 | 64,000 | 640,000 |
| Multiplicative 65% | 1.65 | 66,000 | 660,000 |
Ten hours at base is 400k. Ten hours at VIP is 600k. That 200k gap is larger than a Muscle Pack’s 25k grant and larger than two 100k codes. That is why VIP is an hourly product and a pack is a car product.
If your real hour is only 15,000 because you stall, fix driving first. Settings, manual, how to overtake. Boosting a stalled hour just prints 50% more of a bad hour.
VIP versus packs, in cash language
- JDM Pack, 350 Robux: one A-tier car + 10k. No rate.
- Muscle Pack, 650 Robux: BULL Devious + CHARRIOT M8 + 25k. No rate.
- VIP: 25k once + 1.50× forever (for this game).
If you will farm the example 40k hour for two weeks (say 20 hours), VIP’s extra 20k × 20 = 400,000 relative to base — before counting the 25k grant. A pack will not print that. A pack will put you in an A-tier body tonight. Pick the problem you actually have.
What boosts do not do
They do not raise top speed. They do not unlock Tuning rows. They do not change tier list letters. They do not apply on mobile. They do not excuse a script. They do not stack with a second secret pass this wiki has not listed.
After you run the 100k table, spend the result like upgrade priority says: engine, gearbox, then cosmetics. A boosted wrap is still a wrap.
Run the 100k example before you spend Robux you cannot refund.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for highway runs, codes, and tuning.
Does a 100k OVERTAKE code become 150k with VIP?
If the 50% applies to redeemed cash, yes: 100,000 × 1.50 = 150,000. Buy VIP first, then use how to redeem. Confirm on the popup.
Do group 10% and VIP 50% stack?
Plan for yes. Additive 60% turns 100k into 160k; multiplicative 65% turns it into 165k. Trust the HUD. Group links are on official links.
Is 40,000 cash per hour official?
No. It is a worked example so the table is readable. Measure your own hour after a clean earn cash session, then scale the rows.
Should I buy the Muscle Pack for cash instead of VIP?
Muscle gives 25k plus two A-tier cars. VIP gives 25k plus a 50% rate. If you will keep farming, VIP wins on cash. If you want BULL Devious tonight, open car packs.
Do boosts apply to pack cash?
Treat pack grants as face value unless the purchase popup shows extra. Rates are documented for earned cash. Spend whatever lands using upgrade priority.
