Redeem OVERTAKE codes

OVERTAKE hides codes inside the Shop, not in a world kiosk and not on the Roblox.com redeem page. If you are hunting a chat bubble or a billboard on the highway, you will never see the box. This page is the click path plus the failures that look like “the code is dead” when the real problem is Neutral, caps, or a frozen server.

You must be in a live session on PC or Console. Mobile is not supported yet, so there is no phone layout to tap. Servers hold 15 players. You do not need an empty server to redeem, but you do need the HUD to respond.

Click path

1. Launch OVERTAKE from Roblox on PC or Console and wait until you can see the car and the left-side HUD.
2. If the engine is off, shift to Neutral, press F, and give it a little throttle so you are not fighting a stall while the Shop is open. The stall rule is covered in getting started.
3. Look at the left side of the screen. Click Shop. This is the same Shop that sells gamepasses and cash bundles — codes are a tab inside it, not a separate world button.
4. Switch to the Codes tab. If you stay on the default Shop tab you will only see Robux products.
5. Click the text field. Paste one string from the working codes hub. Do not paste two codes at once.
6. Press Redeem. Watch for a success toast and a cash tick. If nothing happens, wait two seconds before mashing the button.
7. Repeat for the rest of the list in one sitting. Close the Shop only after the last string.

Copy from the wiki table rather than typing from memory. Milestone codes use underscores (20K_LIKES, 10K_LIKES, 8K_FAVORITES). A missing underscore is an invalid code, not a secret variant.

What success looks like

A valid, unused code adds cash immediately. You do not need to rejoin for the money to appear. You can spend it in the garage the same session. Put it into parts that keep the car restartable — see earn cash and upgrades — before you open car packs.

A code you already claimed on this account usually returns an already-redeemed style message. That is not a bug. Alt accounts do not share code history, but they also do not share your garage.

Troubleshooting

Wrong tab. Shop has more than one tab. Codes is not the first panel. If you only see VIP, Muscle Pack, JDM Pack, Custom Color, and Radio, you are still on the product list.

Caps. Try the strings in the case we print. OVERTAKE2026 is not overtake2026. WELOVETUNING is not WeLoveTuning. If a paste from Discord added a space or a period, delete it.

Spaces. There are no spaces inside these codes. W_DRIP has an underscore, not a blank. WHEREMYCREWAT is one word. Leading or trailing spaces from a messy copy will fail.

Underscores versus hyphens. Use _, never -. 20K_LIKES will not redeem as 20K-LIKES or 20KLIKES.

Already redeemed versus expired versus invalid. Those three are different. Already redeemed means this account ate it earlier. Invalid often means a typo. Expired means EMZ Games retired the string — confirm on expired codes before you hop five times.

Server hop. If the Redeem button does nothing, the Shop field will not focus, or the HUD is frozen after a crash, leave and join a new 15-player server. Hops fix clients. They do not resurrect RELEASE2025 or SRYFORBUG.

Engine stall with Shop open. Some players open Shop while the car is in first gear and then cannot figure out why F does nothing. Close the menu, return to Neutral, press F, then open Shop again. Menu key is R if you buried the HUD.

Radio or color pass confusion. The 50 Robux Radio pass and the 30 Robux Custom Color pass are Shop products. They are not codes. Typing RADIO into the Codes tab will not grant the X-key radio.

After you redeem

Do not sit in the Shop admiring the balance. Neutral, F, throttle, Q/E, and go find one clean pass so the new cash can multiply. How to overtake is the loop that turns a 100k code into a garage. Group members and Roblox Premium add 10% to cash; VIP advertises 50% plus a tag and 25,000 cash — run the numbers on the cash boost tool instead of guessing.

New strings usually land with like goals, visit goals, or a patch note on updates. Bookmark the codes hub and ignore random comment-section “codes” that are not on that table.
